She summons libido for a holy end,
to get men moving toward God,
but with her intermediating, always her
shining before them as beacon
and hope for arrival in port. She will speak
of love, the love of God,
and they hear all too clearly her meaning,
for she is their god, and no other,
and she would have it no other way.
